Looking for a Specific Type of Plumber in Strathfield?

Fixed Today Plumbing delivers licensed plumbing, drainage, and gas services to Strathfield properties from our West Sydney dispatch hub, typically reaching most Inner West locations within standard response windows for urgent jobs. Coverage includes residential homes, strata complexes, and commercial premises across the 2135 postcode; onsite conditions vary by property type and access, which we confirm during the first visit along with the affected area and scope before providing a fixed-price quote.

As a family-owned business with over 15 years operating across Sydney's Inner West, we're familiar with the service expectations in Strathfield and the surrounding council area. Our multi-van fleet is equipped with CCTV drain cameras, high-pressure water jetters, and diagnostic tools to assess most plumbing issues during the first visit. We're duly licensed in NSW for plumbing, drainage, and gas fitting (Licence 305428C) and carry current Public Liability and Workers Compensation insurance, which protects you if accidental property damage occurs during work or workplace injuries happen on the job.

Immediate dispatch is available for emergencies where safety or significant property damage is at risk, such as broken pipes or gas leaks. For standard service bookings, we provide an ETA when you call and confirm arrival timing closer to the appointment. All work is priced by the job, not by the hour, with a fixed quote provided before we start. The call-out fee varies by service area and urgency, so it's worth confirming the status for your postcode when booking.

Trusted Strathfield Plumbing Services

We handle routine maintenance, urgent repairs, and full system installations across Strathfield properties, backing all workmanship with our Lifetime Labour Warranty. That warranty covers the labour component of the repair or installation for the life of the system, meaning we'll return and correct the work if a fault develops due to our installation. Manufacturer warranties on parts and appliances are separate and run for the duration specified by the supplier.

Each job follows a standard process. We diagnose the issue using visual inspection and testing tools where needed, then explain what's causing the fault and what's required to fix it. Once the scope is established, we provide a fixed price before starting work. After the repair or installation, we test the system and verify it's working as expected, then clean up the work area. You decide whether to proceed once you've seen the quote and understood what's included.

Our technicians are licensed and insured plumbers in NSW, and they arrive in uniform with identification. We complete police checks and background checks for all staff, which matters when you're letting someone into your home. Drop sheets protect floors where we're working, and we wear boot covers when requested or when site conditions require it. Respect for your property and clear communication are part of how we operate, not just claims we make.

Pricing is fixed per job, not hourly. That removes uncertainty about how long the plumber is onsite. If inspection reveals additional scope beyond the original call, we explain the options and provide a revised quote before proceeding with any extra work. There are no hidden costs added at the end, and the quote is valid for a month from the date it's issued. What you see upfront is what you pay.

With a near-perfect rating across 800+ verified customer reviews and a large multi-van fleet covering the Inner West, we've built a reputation by showing up when we say we will and doing the work to Australian Standards. When you call, we'll confirm the service type, urgency, and ETA, then allocate the nearest available licensed, insured plumber to your job. For pressing emergencies, immediate dispatch means urgent jobs are sent out first from the closest hub.

Save Money with Honest Pricing

Unlike some plumbers, we don't increase our pricing at the end of the job for "unexpected" surprises in plumbing issues. We come in cheaper on nearly every job.

General Plumbing Services

Fixed Today handles general plumbing work across Strathfield homes and businesses, including tap repairs, fixture installations, bathroom and kitchen updates, laundry plumbing, and backflow prevention device testing. This covers standard residential plumbing tasks where the issue is accessible and the scope is verified before we start; if inspection shows concealed pipework or structural access is needed, we explain what's involved and adjust the quote to reflect the actual work required.

A common pattern we notice is that minor leaks and fixture faults often get ignored until they worsen or cause secondary damage. A dripping tap might seem trivial, but it wastes water and increases your bill over time. A mixer tap that's hard to turn usually indicates worn cartridges, which can fail completely if left unaddressed. What typically happens is the fault starts small, becomes an inconvenience, then escalates to a more expensive repair when something fails suddenly.

For fixture installations and replacements, we confirm the connection points, water pressure, and whether shut-off valves are accessible before quoting. Older homes sometimes have corroded or seized valves, which means isolating the water supply becomes part of the job scope. Kitchen and bathroom updates often involve coordinating access windows for entry if the property is occupied, and we schedule around your availability where practical.

All work is completed to Australian plumbing standards, and we provide documentation where it's needed for strata records or agent files. After installation or repair, we test taps for leaks, check water flow, and confirm the fixture operates as expected. The work area is cleaned up before we leave, and any debris is removed from site. If you're unsure whether a fixture needs replacement or can be repaired, we assess it onsite and explain your options with a fixed price for each.

Blocked Drains and Pipe Relining

A slow-draining sink or gurgling toilet usually signals a partial blockage that will worsen if ignored. We clear blocked drains in Strathfield by locating the obstruction with a CCTV drain camera, then removing it using high-pressure jetting or mechanical tools depending on what the camera shows. This covers typical external and internal blockages in accessible lines; if inspection reveals structural damage like root intrusion or collapsed pipe sections, we explain the repair options and provide a separate quote for pipe replacement or relining once the full extent is confirmed.

In practice, we see blockages caused by accumulated grease and soap in kitchen lines, foreign objects in toilet traps, and tree roots entering older terracotta or clay pipes through cracks. What often happens is the drain slows gradually, then backs up completely when peak flow hits the restricted section. Once flow stops, wastewater can back up into fixtures or flood the property, which is why early intervention saves money and avoids the mess.

The CCTV CCTV shows us what's causing the blockage, how far down the line it is, and whether the pipe structure is intact. If roots have penetrated the pipe or sections have separated, clearing the blockage alone won't prevent it from recurring. That's where drain relining becomes relevant. Relining involves inserting a resin-coated liner into the damaged section, then curing it to form a seamless pipe-within-a-pipe that seals cracks and prevents root re-entry.

Relining avoids excavation, which matters when the affected pipe runs beneath driveways, landscaping, or internal floors. The process takes longer than a simple clearing, and costs more, but it addresses the underlying structural issue rather than just removing the symptom. We confirm the liner dimensions, curing method, and estimated timeframe before starting, and we test the repaired line with water flow and a final camera pass to verify the seal is watertight and structurally sound.

Burst and Leaking Pipe Repairs

When a pipe bursts or develops a significant leak at a Strathfield property, the priority is isolating the water supply to stop further flooding and property damage. We respond urgently to burst pipe calls because water damage escalates quickly, affecting flooring, walls, ceilings, and electrical systems if not contained. If you can safely access your water meter or property isolation valve, turning it off while the plumber is on the way limits the damage; if you're unsure where the valve is or how to operate it, don't take risks, just call and we'll guide you when we arrive.

On first inspection, we locate the burst or leak, confirm what pipe material is affected, and check for secondary damage to surrounding structures. Copper pipes can corrode through over time, while older galvanised steel is prone to rust perforation. Plastic pipes sometimes crack due to ground movement or freeze-thaw cycles in uninsulated areas. What typically happens is a small leak starts unnoticed behind a wall or under a slab, then pressure or temperature change causes the weakened section to fail suddenly.

Repair methods depend on the pipe location and material. Accessible copper and plastic lines can often be cut out and replaced with new sections using compression or soldered fittings. Concealed pipes beneath slabs or inside walls require access, which may involve cutting into finished surfaces. Once we've located the fault and confirmed the repair method, we provide a fixed quote covering the pipe repair, isolation, pressure testing, and making good the access point to a functional finish. Cosmetic finishing like painting or tiling is usually handled separately.

After repairing or replacing the affected section, we test the system by restoring water pressure and checking for leaks at the repair point and nearby joints. A pattern we notice is that one burst pipe sometimes indicates aging infrastructure elsewhere in the property, so it's worth considering a broader inspection if multiple leaks develop within a short timeframe. The repair is backed by our Lifetime Labour Warranty on the workmanship, meaning we'll correct any fault that develops due to how we completed the work.

Hot Water System Services

Fixed Today installs, repairs, and replaces hot water systems across Strathfield properties, working with electric storage, continuous flow gas, heat pump, and solar models from major brands including Rheem, Dux, Rinnai, and others. This covers standard residential installations in accessible locations; if the existing unit is in a tight space, on a roof, or requires structural support upgrades, we confirm access and any additional work needed before quoting.

A typical scenario we encounter is a sudden loss of hot water, which usually indicates a failed heating element in electric systems, a faulty gas valve or burner in continuous flow units, or a leak that's drained the tank. Another pattern is fluctuating water temperature, often caused by a failing thermostat or sediment buildup insulating the heating element. If the unit is over ten years old and repairs are costly, replacement often makes more sense than repeated fixes.

The first visit involves inspecting the current system, checking the inlet and outlet connections, confirming the power or gas supply, and testing water flow and temperature. For replacements, we measure the space, confirm the connection types, and verify that switchboard capacity or gas line sizing supports the new unit. Installations must comply with Australian Standards, including Pressure Relief Valve and Tempering Valve requirements, which limit outlet temperature to prevent scalding and manage tank pressure safely.

We explain the differences between system types based on your usage patterns and site constraints. Continuous flow gas provides endless hot water and saves space, but requires adequate gas pressure and venting. Electric storage is straightforward to install but takes time to reheat. Heat pumps are energy-efficient but need outdoor space and work less effectively in cold climates. Once you've selected a system, we provide a fixed quote covering removal of the old unit, installation, compliance testing, and disposal of the replaced tank.

Leaking Tap and Faucet Repairs

A dripping tap in a Strathfield home typically stems from worn washers, damaged O-rings, or failed ceramic disc cartridges inside the tap body. We repair or replace the faulty components to stop the leak and restore proper operation. This covers standard mixer taps, pillar taps, and shower fixtures where the tap body is accessible; if the tap is corroded beyond repair or parts are no longer available for older models, replacement becomes the more reliable option, which we confirm after inspecting the unit.

In practice, we commonly see leaks at the spout, around the base, or from the handle. A spout drip usually means the sealing washer or cartridge has worn out. Water pooling around the base indicates the O-ring seal has failed. A leak from the handle often points to a damaged valve seat or loose packing nut. The usual sequence is that the leak starts as an occasional drip, then becomes constant as the worn component deteriorates further.

What affects the repair cost is whether the tap uses standard washers or a proprietary cartridge. Standard taps with replaceable washers are inexpensive to fix. Branded mixer taps with cartridge inserts require the correct part, which we source based on the manufacturer and model. If the tap is an uncommon brand or has been discontinued, finding the right cartridge can be difficult, at which point replacement is often quicker and more cost-effective than hunting for obsolete parts.

After repairing or replacing the tap, we test the fixture by running water at full flow and checking for leaks at all connection points. We also verify that hot and cold supplies are correctly oriented and that the mixer operates smoothly without stiffness. The work area is cleaned up, and any debris or old parts are removed. If you've noticed other taps starting to drip, it's worth addressing them during the same visit to avoid multiple call-outs.

Roof and Gutter Leak Repairs

We repair gutter and roof leaks affecting Strathfield properties by identifying the entry point, then sealing or replacing the damaged section to prevent water ingress. This covers leaks at penetrations like vent pipes and skylights, rusted or separated gutter sections, and damaged flashing around roof junctions; if the leak has caused internal water damage to ceilings or walls, we focus on stopping the source first, then explain what's needed to repair the secondary damage once the structure is dry.

A pattern we notice is that roof leaks often go undetected until they cause visible staining on ceilings or walls. What happens is water enters through a small gap, travels along roof timbers or internal cavities, then appears inside the building at a point distant from the actual entry. That makes pinpointing the source difficult without inspecting the roof externally. Gutter leaks are more obvious, usually showing as overflow during rain or rust holes in older metal gutters.

On first inspection, we check the roof penetrations, examine gutter joints and downpipes, and trace the path of any visible water stains. If the leak occurs during rain, we can often see the entry point directly. If it's intermittent, we look for rust, cracks, separated seals, or gaps in flashing that would allow water through. Once located, we confirm whether the repair involves resealing a penetration, replacing a gutter section, or re-flashing a roof junction.

After repairing the leak, we test the repair by running water over the affected area to confirm it's sealed. Gutter repairs are checked for proper fall and clearance to ensure water flows to downpipes without pooling. If the gutter system is old and multiple sections are rusted, it's worth considering a full replacement to avoid ongoing patching. The work is completed to ensure rainwater is diverted safely off the roof and away from the building, protecting the structure from long-term water damage.

Shower Repair Services

When a shower at a Strathfield property develops issues like poor drainage, leaking fixtures, or inconsistent temperature, we diagnose the fault and repair or replace the affected components. This covers blocked shower drains, leaking mixer valves, faulty diverter mechanisms, and damaged shower screens; if the leak is behind tiles or within the wall cavity, access and waterproofing repairs become part of the scope, which we confirm after initial inspection.

From similar call-outs, we see slow drainage caused by hair and soap buildup in the waste trap, leaks from worn mixer cartridges or perished seals, and temperature fluctuations due to failed thermostatic valves. A drain blockage usually starts with water pooling around your feet during a shower, then progresses to complete backup if ignored. Leaking mixers show as drips from the spout or water seeping around the wall plate. Inconsistent temperature often indicates the mixer cartridge is failing or the water heater pressure is mismatched to the cold supply.

Clearing a blocked shower drain involves removing the grate, extracting debris from the trap, and flushing the line with water or using a small drain snake if the blockage is further down. Mixer repairs require isolating the water supply, removing the trim and cartridge, and replacing the faulty component with the correct part for that brand and model. If the mixer is old and parts aren't available, replacement is the more reliable option, which we quote after confirming the wall plumbing and tile cutout dimensions.

After completing the repair, we test the shower by running water at various temperatures and flow rates, checking for leaks at the mixer, waste connections, and screen seals. We verify that drainage is clear and water doesn't pool on the shower floor. The work area is cleaned up, and any silicone or grout touched during the repair is finished neatly. If the shower leak has damaged surrounding tiles or waterproofing, we explain what's needed to make the area watertight again and provide a separate quote for remedial work.

Toilet Repair Solutions

Fixed Today repairs and replaces toilets across Strathfield properties, addressing issues like continuous running, poor flush, blockages, leaks around the base, and cistern faults. This covers standard close-coupled and link toilets where parts are accessible and available; if the toilet is an older model with obsolete components or the pan is cracked, replacement becomes necessary, which we confirm after inspecting the unit and checking part availability.

What typically happens is a toilet starts running constantly after flushing, which indicates a faulty flush valve or flap seal that's not sealing properly. That wastes water and creates noise. Another common issue is a weak or incomplete flush, usually caused by low water level in the cistern, a blocked rim jet, or insufficient inlet valve flow. Blockages occur when foreign objects or excessive paper lodge in the trap, restricting flow and causing backup.

We diagnose the fault by checking the cistern internals, testing the flush mechanism, and inspecting the pan for cracks or damage. Continuous running is often fixed by replacing the flush valve or adjusting the float height. Weak flush might require descaling the jets or replacing the inlet valve to restore proper fill. Blockages are cleared using a plunger or closet auger, depending on the obstruction type and location within the trap.

If the toilet is leaking at the pan base, it typically indicates the wax seal or rubber gasket has failed, allowing water to seep out during flushing. That requires removing the toilet, replacing the seal, and reinstalling the pan with correct alignment and bolting pressure. After completing any toilet repair, we test the flush multiple times, check for leaks, and verify the cistern refills to the correct level. The repair is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we clean up around the base before leaving.

Gas Fitting and Appliance Installation

All gas work in NSW must be performed by a NSW-licensed gas fitter, and compliance certificates are issued after installation or repair to verify the system meets safety standards. Fixed Today provides licensed gas fitting services for Strathfield properties, including new gas appliance installations, gas leak detection and repair, and gas line extensions. This covers standard residential appliances like cooktops, ovens, and hot water systems; if the installation requires running new pipework through walls or upgrading the meter capacity, we confirm the additional scope and provide a revised quote before proceeding.

A typical scenario we encounter is a suspected gas leak, often identified by the distinctive odour added to natural gas or by a hissing sound near an appliance or connection point. Gas leaks are urgent. If you smell gas, don't operate electrical switches or create ignition sources, open windows for ventilation, and evacuate if the smell is strong. We respond immediately to gas leak calls because the risk of explosion or poisoning is serious, and we use specialised detection equipment to locate the source and make the system safe.

For appliance installations, we measure the gas supply line size, confirm the meter capacity supports the new load, and verify that venting and clearance distances meet Australian Standards. Continuous flow gas hot water systems require adequate venting to outdoors, and cooktops need clearance from combustible surfaces. Once the appliance is connected, we pressure-test the line to ensure it's gas-tight, then commission the unit and verify correct operation.

After completing any gas work, we issue a compliance certificate and test for leaks at all connection points using electronic detection or soapy water. The system is left safe and operational, with clearances and ventilation checked to meet code requirements. If you're replacing an old gas appliance, we disconnect and cap the existing line safely before installing the new unit. Gas work is not an area to cut corners; proper installation protects your property and your safety.

Strata Plumbing Solutions

For strata properties in Strathfield, we provide plumbing services that address common property responsibilities and coordinate with strata managers for access, approvals, and documentation. This covers primary line blockages, hot water system servicing in common plant rooms, and shared drainage repairs; individual lot issues are typically the owner's responsibility, which we clarify during the initial assessment to avoid confusion about who pays for what.

A pattern we notice in strata buildings is that blocked main drains often affect multiple units, and identifying the exact cause requires CCTV check to confirm whether the obstruction is in common property lines or within a private lot's connection. What often happens is a blockage develops in a shared stack or main sewer line, causing backflow into lower-level units. That requires immediate response to minimise damage and health risks.

We work with strata committees and managing agents to schedule access, confirm scope, and provide quotes that separate common property work from individual lot repairs. For urgent issues affecting multiple residents, we can dispatch immediately to make the situation safe, then provide a detailed scope and quote for permanent repairs once the immediate risk is contained. Documentation for strata records is provided after completion, including photos, test results, and compliance certificates where relevant.

Strata plumbing often involves working in tight plant rooms, accessing roof spaces, or coordinating around resident schedules. We confirm access windows when booking and follow building site induction or sign-in procedures where required. The goal is to resolve the issue with minimal disruption to residents while meeting strata compliance requirements and maintaining clear communication with the managing agent throughout the job.

Commercial Plumbing Expertise

Plumbing failures in commercial settings create operational downtime, health risks, and potential liability if not addressed quickly. We provide commercial plumbing services for Strathfield businesses, including drain blockage cleaning, burst pipe repairs, water heater installations, and compliance testing. This covers standard commercial premises like offices, retail shops, and hospitality venues; larger industrial sites or facilities with specialised process requirements may need additional scoping to confirm our equipment and licensing covers the work involved.

What often happens in commercial properties is that high usage accelerates wear on fixtures, drains, and water heating systems. A drain blockage in a restaurant kitchen can shut down operations within hours if grease traps overflow or sink lines back up. A failed hot water unit in a gym or salon affects customer service immediately. Burst pipes in ceiling spaces can damage stock, equipment, and building fit-outs, creating significant business interruption costs beyond the repair itself.

We schedule commercial work around business operating hours where practical, and we can work after-hours or on weekends to minimise disruption. For urgent breakdowns during business hours, we respond quickly to contain the issue, make it safe, and restore essential services, then schedule the permanent repair for a time that suits the business. Compliance documentation is provided for council and insurance records where required.

After completing commercial plumbing work, we test the repaired or installed system under normal operating loads to confirm it performs as expected. Drain repairs are flushed and checked for clear flow. Hot water systems are commissioned and set to the required outlet temperature with tempering valves adjusted correctly. The work area is cleaned up and access paths restored so business operations can resume without delay. We're familiar with the urgency that commercial breakdowns create, and our approach reflects that.

Emergency Plumbing Services

Plumbing emergencies at Strathfield properties receive immediate dispatch when the situation involves safety risks or rapid property damage. Fixed Today provides 24/7 emergency plumbing response for broken pipes, gas leaks, sewer backups, and hot water service failures where delay would worsen the outcome. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies as urgent, call us, and we'll confirm the risk level and allocate the appropriate response priority.

A typical emergency scenario we encounter is a broken pipe flooding a property, where water is actively spraying or pooling and causing damage to floors, walls, or belongings. Another urgent situation is a suspected gas leak, identified by smell or sound, which creates immediate safety risks. Sewer backups into the home are also treated as emergencies due to health hazards and the unpleasant conditions they create. Hot water system failures aren't usually emergencies unless they're leaking significantly or affecting vulnerable occupants who rely on hot water for medical or hygiene needs.

When you call for emergency service, we ask about the symptoms, confirm your address and postcode, and provide an ETA based on current job locations and traffic. Urgent jobs are sent out first, and the nearest available licensed and insured plumbing technician is allocated to your call from our West Sydney or other regional hubs. If there's a safe temporary action you can take while waiting, such as isolating water at the meter, we'll guide you briefly, but we don't ask you to diagnose or repair the fault yourself.

On arrival, the plumber assesses the situation, makes it safe by isolating supplies where needed, and explains what's caused the fault and what's required to fix it. If the repair can be completed immediately, we provide a fixed quote and proceed once you've agreed. If parts are needed or access is limited, we contain the issue temporarily, then schedule a return visit to complete the permanent repair. Emergency work is backed by our workmanship warranty, and we clean up and secure the site before leaving. The goal is to resolve the crisis quickly, minimise damage, and restore safety and function to your property.

Plumbing FAQ's in Strathfield

When you're dealing with a plumbing issue, you want clear answers without having to call first. We've answered the questions Strathfield residents ask most often below. If your situation isn't covered here, call us and we'll explain what's involved and confirm the next step.

Should I try to fix it myself or call a plumber?

Minor tasks like replacing a showerhead or clearing a visible blockage with a plunger are usually manageable if you're confident. Anything involving pipework, gas, hot water systems, or concealed leaks should be handled by a licensed, insured plumber to avoid safety risks, code violations, and potential warranty issues. If you're unsure whether your situation needs a professional, call us and we'll confirm whether it's something you can handle or needs a licensed tradesperson.

How much will the plumbing repair cost?

Cost depends on the fault type, access difficulty, parts required, and time onsite. Simple tap repairs are inexpensive; burst pipe repairs or hot water replacements cost more due to parts and labour. We provide a fixed-fee quote before starting work so you know the cost upfront. The quote is valid for a month and includes labour, parts, and testing. If inspection reveals additional scope, we explain what's needed and provide a revised quote before proceeding with extra work.

What types of plumbing work do you handle?

We handle blocked drains, broken pipes, hot water installations, gas fitting, tap and toilet repairs, shower leaks, gutter and roof leaks, strata plumbing, commercial work, and emergency callouts. This covers most residential and light commercial plumbing tasks. If your job involves specialised industrial equipment or large-scale civil infrastructure, we'll confirm during the initial call whether it falls within our service scope.

Do you provide quotes over the phone or do you visit the property?

Jobs in the 2135 postcode require onsite assessment to provide accurate quotes. We can give rough cost guidance over the phone for common jobs, but the actual quote is provided after inspecting the site, confirming access, and checking the existing plumbing. That avoids surprises and ensures the quote reflects the real work involved. We come to your property, assess the job, and provide a fixed price before starting work.

What should I do if I have a gas leak?

If you smell gas or hear hissing near an appliance or connection, don't operate electrical switches or create ignition sources. Open windows for ventilation and evacuate if the smell is strong. Call us immediately, and we'll dispatch a licensed gas fitter urgently to locate the leak and make the system safe. Gas leaks are treated as priority emergencies due to explosion and poisoning risks.

How quickly can you reach Strathfield for an emergency?

Urgent jobs are dispatched immediately from our West Sydney hub, with response times depending on current job locations and traffic conditions. We provide an ETA when you call and update you if timing changes. For non-urgent bookings, we schedule an appointment that suits your availability and confirm arrival timing closer to the day. Immediate dispatch means urgent jobs are sent out first, not that we guarantee a specific arrival time.

What causes a toilet to keep running after flushing?

Continuous running usually indicates a faulty flush valve or flap seal that's not sealing properly, allowing water to leak from the cistern into the pan. Another cause is a float valve set too high, which keeps the cistern overfilling. We diagnose the fault by inspecting the cistern internals and testing the flush mechanism, then replace the faulty component to stop the leak and restore normal operation.

Do you service the entire Strathfield area including nearby suburbs?

We service all of Strathfield and surrounding Inner West suburbs from our West Sydney dispatch hub. Coverage includes the 2135 postcode and adjacent areas within our standard service radius. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, call us with your address and we'll confirm whether it's within our service area and provide an estimated response time.

Can you clear blocked drains without digging up the yard?

Most blockages are cleared using high-pressure water jetting or mechanical tools, which doesn't require excavation. If the blockage is caused by tree roots or structural damage, we use a CCTV camera to locate the fault, then recommend pipe relining if the damage is repairable without digging. Relining involves inserting a resin liner into the damaged section and curing it to form a new pipe inside the old one, which avoids trenching and restores the line without disturbing landscaping or driveways.

What's included in your workmanship warranty?

Our Lifetime Labour Warranty covers the labour component of installations and repairs for the life of the system. If a fault develops due to how we completed the work, we'll return and correct it at no charge. The warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, damage from external factors, or manufacturer defects in parts and appliances, which are covered by separate manufacturer warranties for the durations they specify.
