Problem
Hot water system began to leak
How we helped
We were able to source the leak coming from the hot water tank. We then isolated the water as the customer couldn?t isolate the stop tap. We suggested to the client to replace all valves and hot water tank and we were able to supply and install a Rheem electric hot water system on the spot.
Results
The customer has a brand-new Electrical Hot water tank. She was very appreciative that we took the old heater away as she couldn?t do it herself.
