A client contacted us about leaking tap repairs. Upon investigation, our team discovered that the tap was installed incorrectly ? the leak was caused by not having isolation taps. We advised the client to replace the tap and allow us to assist with this.
How we helped
To fix the leak we supplied and installed a new gooseneck kitchen mixer tap. To avoid any future leaks we installed isolations valves under the sink.
