We believe in upfront transparency from your very first call. When you book plumbing work with Fixed Today, we provide a $0 call-out fee on approved work. A licensed plumber attends your property, diagnoses the plumbing issue in person, and gives you a clear, fixed quote with no hidden charges.
What our $0 call-out on approved work includes
- Travel to your home or business anywhere across our extensive Sydney service network
- A comprehensive on-site diagnosis by a licensed plumber operating under NSW Contractor Licence 305428C
- A clear explanation where we break down the tasks and steps involved in the job so you know the repair is completed thoroughly from start to finish
- A fixed, transparent upfront quote covering all necessary parts and labour before any work begins
- Genuine, no-obligation expert advice and supportive guidance tailored to your home’s plumbing system
Why on-site diagnosis beats online guesswork
We don’t rely on guesswork price lists or misleading teaser rates online. Two plumbing issues that appear identical on the surface often involve completely different pipe materials, depths, and access conditions underneath — whether dealing with heritage terracotta drains, double-brick cavities, or sandstone foundations. Inspecting your property’s actual plumbing first ensures our quote is precise, realistic, and free of surprise variations.
After-hours emergency attendance
For urgent after-hours emergency attendance — such as late nights, weekends, and public holidays — any applicable after-hours rate is clearly communicated over the phone before our team is dispatched. That way, you have complete clarity from the start, with zero surprise surcharges on arrival.
Supportive guidance and trusted Sydney service
Plumbing issues can be stressful enough without feeling pressured into immediate decisions. Our consultative plumbers walk you through the practical repair options, explain what each solution entails, and offer genuine guidance so you can make informed decisions with confidence. This transparent, customer-first approach is why Sydney families have relied on and returned to Fixed Today repeatedly across decades.
