Removing and disposing of the old pan and cistern is included in a standard install. We disconnect and drain it, take it away, clean up the floor flange and waste, then seat the new suite on a sound, sealed connection. ### Are new toilets more water-efficient? Much more. An old single-flush pan can use up to 11 litres a flush, while a modern WELS 4-star dual-flush uses around 4.5 litres full and 3 on half. We fit strong-flushing water-efficient suites so you save water without needing a second flush. ### Can you install a smart or bidet toilet? Yes. Smart and bidet toilets need a water connection and a nearby RCD-protected powerpoint.
