## What the $0 call-out fee includes

## The one exception: after-hours emergencies

The only time additional charges may apply is for after-hours emergency callouts — nights, weekends and public holidays. Even then, we tell you the exact rate on the phone *before* we dispatch, so you can decide with full information. There are never surprise surcharges on your invoice.

## Why we do it this way

Call-out fees create pressure: once you’ve paid one, you feel locked in even if the quote isn’t right for you. Removing the fee means our quote has to stand on its own. You approve the price, or you walk away — no pressure either way.
